All board members are independent consultants with their own businesses, cooperating with joy and success. We serve the Institute for Mindfulness in two ways: We work as its consultants and trainers for organizations according the specific contracts between the institute and the client. We engage in projects of the institute on a non-profit basis.

We are highly trained professionals
• with a solid and state-of-the art background in the application of mindfulness-based interventions,
• our own individual mindfulness practices
• many years of work experience with international teams and organizations in the fields of leadership, cultural, and organizational development.

In designing mindfulness-based trainings and programs for the workplace, we draw from evidence as well as from our own experience to ensure that we integrate the quality and integrity of well-established approaches with the needs of individuals and organizations in the 21st century. We connect with other professionals and researchers to create and tailor services.
